Transit Insurance*

With the volume and the value of items that we are shipping, it is possible for the shipment to become damaged and or lost. Toowoomba Saddlery has an open marine policy for domestic shipments which you are able to use at a charge of 1.5% of the invoice value excluding freight. (Minimum Charge $3.00). For international shipments we will obtain an insurance quotation prior to shipping. All goods are deemed delivered upon collection by transport or Australia Post etc.

I/We have our own insurance policy for goods in transit from Toowoomba Saddlery and do not require insurance cover from Toowoomba Saddlery and accept full responsibility for shipments lost and/or damaged from Toowoomba Saddlery. I/We agree to pay Toowoomba Saddlery in full for goods that may become lost and/or damaged during shipping.

I/We request to be charged an insurance premium on all orders from Toowoomba Saddlery, to cover 100% value of items lost or damaged in transit from Toowoomba Saddlery as per terms & conditions.
