Description

Nickel Plated hobble buckle with centre bar and Roller for smooth strap tightening.  Ideal for making hobbles and similar tack items.

Nickel Plated Finish - A nickel coating over a base metal for a smooth, finished look with a shiny silver appearance. Hardware sizes are intended to indicate the maximum strap size to be used. As a general rule, measurements are taken from inside-edge to inside-edge, on the side the strap would pass through.
