Halfbreed latigo leather strap: Also called a halfbreed billet or long off-billet.
This cinch strap is typically used on the off side of your saddle.
You fold the long strap in half over the buckle bar, before pulling both ends through the saddle’s rigging slot, down through the buckle and securing it at the appropriate holes.
